CFS Engineering is a consulting firm providing professional engineering services for the design of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection systems, and voice/data systems. Founded in 2004, we are based in New York City, and licensed to perform work in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, and Massachusetts.

The mission of CFS is to provide comprehensive engineering services while maintaining the highest level of client service in the industry. Our view is that consulting engineers play a critical role in the process of building a facility regardless of its type. We understand the positive impact that a motivated engineering team can have on a project, and by working as partners with the owner, architect and other team members, we help create a smooth project process that is free of surprises.
